Communications can make or break any labor situation and has never been more important than in this new labor environment. Employers have extra challenges persuading their stakeholders when a conflict between an employer and union occurs. This session will define the new labor environment and provide practical tips for communication professionals.

Mark has 25+ years of experience in all functional areas of human resources with decades at Publix responsible for the labor relations function as well as the measurement and reporting of the organizational culture. Mark currently leads a company of 200+ consultants specializing in labor and employee relations; employee communications; people analytics and facilitation of organizational change.
