Building an online community with a small budget can be challenging, but doable with strategy and consistency. In 2016, Vicky started Instagramers of Plant City and has grown it to almost 10,000 followers without spending any money. She’s excited to share her favorite social media strategies and advice to help strengthen your online presence.

Meet our Guest:
Vicky Smude is a Lakeland native and graduate of the University of Central Florida. When Vicky moved to Plant City, she saw a need for a social media platform that could help inform newcomers, visitors and residents of all the great things going on in town, and in 2016 Instagramers of Plant City (@igersplantcity) was born.
The Dick Pope/Polk County Chapter meetings take place the third Wednesday of the month. Networking begins at 8:00 a.m. followed by announcements and then our program at 8:30 a.m.
