June Monthly Meeting: Customer Care and Social Media at Publix

Customer Care and Social Media (CCSM) serves as an extension of the same premier experience Publix customers expect in our stores. We engage and strengthen relationships with our customers across contact channels and social media platforms. We work closely with our partners in marketing and counterparts in Public Affairs to ensure alignment and consistency as we protect and promote our brand.
About the Speaker:
As the Director of Customer Care and Social Media at Publix, Chelsea Yockey leads care and engagement strategies to build relationships, loyalty and brand advocacy among customers. Before joining Publix in 2019, she previously worked in higher education for over 13 years. Chelsea earned her B.S. in Communications at The Ohio State University and MBA at the Florida Institute of Technology.
