About Robyn Felix, APR

As bureau chief of Communications & Board Services, Robyn Felix provides strategic leadership for the Southwest Florida Water Management District’s communications and outreach to internal and external audiences, strategic planning efforts and support services to the District’s Executive Team and 13-member Governing Board. Felix has more than 16 years of experience at the District serving in a variety of roles, including Communications Specialist, Media Relations Manager and Communications Manager. Prior to joining the District, Robyn was a Public Relations Representative for Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. She began her career in television news at WTSP-TV Ch 10 in St. Petersburg. Robyn earned a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications (News) from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and is accredited in Public Relations by the Public Relations Society of America.
